CSTO's dialogue with other international organizations discussed in Minsk
MINSK, 31 May (BelTA) – Minsk hosted the consultations of deputy foreign ministers of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on 30 May, BelTA has learned from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Belarusian delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Yuri Ambrazevich. The event discussed the preparations for a meeting of the CSTO Ministerial Council due in Minsk on 19-20 June and the promising areas of cooperation in the CSTO, including the building up of analytical capacities of the CSTO and its member states.
The parties exchanged the views on further steps to develop the dialogue of the CSTO with other international organizations (UN, CIS, SCO) and individual countries.
Topical issues on the international agenda were discussed too.
